Vision Care Plan

Advanced Eye Group, LLC will help establish vision care plans to fit individual company’s needs. Our physicians are committed to providing personal eye care and quality prescription products to companies that may otherwise have no routine eye care plans available to their employees and families. These plans would include comprehensive eye health examinations and prescription eyeglasses or contacts. Employers can offer their employees and family’s quality professional service and prescription products by our established physicians. There would be no enrollment or claim forms, plus no membership fee. For more information on establishing vision plans, please contact our office.
