Dr.
Jay M. Friedman
graduated from Penn State University and the Pennsylvania College of
Optometry. He began practice in Vineland in 1970. He is a
member of the American Optometric Association, New Jersey Optometric
Association, and the South Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians.
He served as secretary, vice president, and president of the South Jersey
Optometric Association. Dr. Friedman is a Vineland resident and has
two daughters and four grandchildren. His wife Kathy is an
educational consultant.

Dr.
Rosemarie R. Cunningham
has spent her entire career serving the people of Cumberland County.
She received her B.S. degree from Murray State University and her
Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.
She also completed a residency in visual training at SUNY in New York City. Dr.
Cunningham is a member of the American Optometric Association, New Jersey Optometric
Association, and the South Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians.
She has two children and is looking forward to grandchildren. She enjoys
outdoor activities including golf, scuba diving, horseback riding, as well
as travel.

Dr.
Frank M. D'Orio
graduated from the University of Delaware and Nova Southeastern University
College of Optometry, in Miami. He was trained at the prestigious
Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. He is a member of the American
Optometric Association, New Jersey Optometric Association, and the South
Jersey Society of Optometric Physicians. Dr. D'Orio is an eye care
specialist with the New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually
Impaired and serves as staff and physician at Community Health Care.
He is a Vineland resident and married to Jodi. They have two
daughters, Lia and Jenna. Dr. D'Orio enjoys the financial markets,
running, weight training, and spending time with his family.

Dr.
Harry A. Lebowitz
is our consulting ophthalmologist, who’s areas of expertise include
no needle/no stitch cataract surgery He earned his medical degree at George
Washington University and received his ophthalmology training at Yale
University School of Medicine. He completed additional training in
retinal vascular diseases at the Retina Center in Maryland. An avid
fly-fisherman, he enjoys adventures with his wife and daughter.

Dr.
Jo Ann Bailey
specializes in pediatric and binocular vision disorders. She graduated
from the New England College of Optometry in 1995 and completed her
residency in pediatrics and binocular vision at the Pennsylvania College of
Optometry in 1996. Dr. Bailey examines patients and performs vision
therapy in both Millville, NJ and Delran, NJ. Additionally, Dr. Bailey
currently is part time faculty for both clinical sciences and basic
sciences at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She has
participated in several National Institute of Health research studies
investigating myopia and amblyopia. Dr. Bailey has lectured nationally
and internationally on the topics of pediatric eye care, strabismus and
amblyopia, and learning related vision problems.
